Proclamations

Initiated by Clarence Williamson and the Man2Man Prostate Cancer Group, in 2021 Mayor Jim Strickland proclaimed September as Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in the City of Memphis, and County Mayor Lee Harris proclaimed September to be Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in Shelby County, TN.  We’ve been carrying this important effort on since 2016.
